°How do I purchase online?°
Purchasing online is safe and easy. Simply add items to your shopping cart and go through the checkout procedures to complete the transaction. This site is paypal verified and accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, & Discover card and echecks through paypal.  
When you have finished shopping, the cart will allow you to pay instantly with a credit card. Paying by credit card is the best option for fast and reliable service.

°Can I use a check or money order?°
Yes you may send a check/money order to purchase off this website. To place an order this way, send an e-mail to me at: audrey.medley@gmail.com. Include in your e-mail what item/s you are interested in purchasing, your contact information (i.e. name, address, & phone number) and I will get in contact with you. Orders placed this way will not be shipped until check/money orders clear.

°How do I know my credit card information is safe?°
Your personal information will never be sold or distributed in ANY way. By ordering through this website your information will be kept private. This site uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layers) through Paypal. This is an encryption standard which stops anyone from harvesting or reading data between you, the client, and the website. Therefore, SSL is a great way to accept sensitive and private information over the Web.

°Shipping & Packaging - Are my items insured?°
Because of the nature of the items sold on this website, every precaution is taken to ensure the items you ordered reach you undamaged. Therefore, all items ordered here are shipped with insurance.

°Can I return items?°
Yes. Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, simply return them in the same condition for a full refund. Also, if there is any damage in shipping, please save the packaging & contents and immediately return them to the post office. Also, please notify me of any problems with your order and I will endeavor to have it replaced as soon as possible. However, due to the nature of the majority of items available, any original item that gets destroyed through shipping may not be replaceable.

What is the Usage Policy for images on your website?
All images on this website may NOT be modified or reproduced in any form. Absolutely no skins, banners, psp tubes, brushes, backgrounds, stationary, signatures, or any other way the art might be used. Images may NOT be taken for any type of commercial use. Strictly non-profit and fan-based sites only - proper credit & Disclaimer MUST be displayed. Here are some required guidelines for using the artwork:

--Please do not link directly to the images on my site. This takes up bandwidth & slows the website down; instead, right click and copy the image to your hard drive then upload it to your own server.

--Please do not make any changes to the image other than PROPORTIONAL resizing.

--You must have a legible disclaimer on any page you display the art.

°If I buy an image or item, can I reproduce it or use it in my own merchandise?°
No. All rights to the images are reserved by the artist. All images or items on this website are sold in a specific format. Modifying and reselling them in any other form is NOT LEGAL. Only the artist has the rights to modify them. This no-modification law also applies to the purchase of an original work; the artist still retains full ownership over reproduction, etc. This law does not apply to the resale of an item. An item may legally be resold if in its original, non-modified form. This law protects the artist's ability to present his/her art as they intended it, commercially or non-commercially.

°Can I have a tattoo using one of your images?°
Yes. You can use the images for personal tattoos however, tattoo artists are not allowed to offer any of the images commercially and cannot use the stencil & offer the tattoo to others. If you get an image from this site tattooed on you, please remind the artist that the image is copyrighted and may not be used again for sale or reproduced. The stencil must either be filed or destroyed.

°Commisions & Commercial Use°
Do you take commisions?
I will take into consideration any commission. I will work with the you, the client, on a personal level, however, artistic license is incredibly important to me. Please consider this if you are requesting a commission.

°How can I use your work on a commercial item?°
Commercial use of any image or item on this website is prohibited without completing a contractual agreement with the artist. If you have a proposal you may contact the artist.
